5 Of the Strangest Song Lyrics of All Time

Brewer & Shipley's "One Toke Over the Line" was an uncharacteristic 1970 hit for a duo that preferred to sing ballads. The song was singled out by Vice President Spiro Agnew as "blatant drug-culture propaganda" that "threatens to sap our national strength" because of its marijuana references; Agnew threatened FCC sanctions against radio stations that played songs that glorified or promoted illegal drug use. But Tom Shipley has said that the song hardly promotes drug use; it is in fact a cry for moderation.

Last night, President Barack Obama came to West Hollywood, CA to raise some funds for this 2012 Presidential Reelection Campaign and a bunch of folks paid out a LOT of dough to get up close and personal with him. Among those people, obvs, were celebrities … and among those celebs was our very own David Beckham. Becks knew that traffic would be insane (due to all the extra security required for a presidential visit) so he did the smart thing and drove to the event on his motorcycle. He looked all cute and stuff in his little cardigan and tie. Check out the photos below.

I love it when Becks gets all “badass” with his motorcycle … but I think I like it even more when he looks all suburban preppie and on his motorcycle ;) Go, Becks, Go!

It's a weekend of mixed emotions for Taylor Lautner and Lily Collins!

Their new film, Abduction, came out in theaters last night, but they weren't celebrating together!

Apparently, TayTay just dumped Lily because he "wants to be single for a while."

So basically, he remembered how hot he is and he wants to take full advantage of it, right?

A source close to the film reports:

It was a clean break that Taylor initiated, [but] at the Abduction party, it was awkward. They barely said a word to one another.

Oh well, Lily! Just pop in some of your dad's music. You'll make it!
